Scales and arpeggios

Trinity Grade 5 brings most scales to hands together and asks for both legato and staccato touch on selected keys. Arpeggios continue hands separately for the more remote keys.

What this grade asks for

    Major and minor in nominated keys.

    Remaining keys to four sharps / four flats.

    Chromatic scale

    Hands together, two octaves.

    Hands together where listed; otherwise hands separately.
